TESTIMONIALS

As our first experience with property managers - Ben was incredible. Communication was always prompt, he was always professional and informative. Ben is definitely flying the Baird banner high.

Maxine helped make getting a place stress free. Open and honest communication, and really going the extra mile to assist in looking when we were unable to view the property with an interstate move. The team assisting Maxine kept to the same standard, making you feel valued and not just another renter. I highly recommend the team at Baird Real Estate when dealing with property in the Hunter area.

Heath and his team have been brilliant! I can’t rate them highly enough. Their local knowledge and expertise are unmatched, with our property selling almost immediately. Their communication and professionalism made for a seamless experience. They are the people to listen to your property with!

It was a pleasure selling my property through Baird Real Estate, from the initial meeting with Heath through to settlement (which wasn't very long!) Heath is very friendly and engaging. He gave sound advice regarding the property's selling potential and I was kept in the loop regarding interest in the property. There was never any pressure placed on me, and I would definitely recommend Heath Baird and his team.

Can’t thank Bairds Real Estate enough. Luke was our agent and got the house in Cessnock on the market with prospective buyers quickly. His work paid off with us achieving over the price guideline. Would highly recommend Bairds Real Estate and Luke.

Luke Walsh delivered outstanding results with the sale of Mum's house after just one open home, followed by settlement the very next month! His expertise and commitment ensured a quick and seamless process. If you're thinking of selling and want exceptional results, Luke Walsh at Baird Hunter Valley is the agent to trust.

We rent through Baird R/E and we find them great. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful. We find that we're left to enjoy our house peacefully. Renting through them is hassle-free. They also make sure the houses are up to great standards, following through on maintenance requests etc.

Five star rating. Luke was very professional in all our dealings. We were kept up to date and are extremely happy with Luke. We wish him the best in all his endeavours. Regards from Julie and Chris

I can’t praise Ben Rowlands enough, he has kept me informed at every twist & turn along the journey of the leasing period & the sale. He is always so pleasant on the phone & in person, he always brightens my day. Thanks Bairds & Ben.

Luke from Baird Real Estate was a pleasure to deal with when I recently bought my home. He’s not your “typical “ real estate agent, he’s polite, informative, responsive and not pushy. He was a pleasure to work with to secure my home. Thank you Luke
