My daughter Katie and her husband Barry are tenants through National housing, with Baird’s conducting all inspections. This property is now going to be all through Baird’s and Joanne has been dealing with this transition. Katie’s father and I have had some conversations with Joanne to clarify some details pertaining to the transition and Joanne has being very patient and has explained everything very clearly. I know this is her role within your business but I feel Joanne is very personable and understanding which goes a long long way with customer satisfaction and feeling heard.
