In 2001, Heath and Maxine Baird established a unique new agency in the heart of Wine Country. Both born & bred in Cessnock, they worked hard to open a new small business and to offer something different in Real Estate.

Heath and Maxine had only one thing in mind, to do the very best they could in offering clients the style of service you would expect in a very unique agency, completely different from the existing real estate agencies.

“Being independent separated us from all corporate franchise rule books and gave us the freedom and motivation to do things differently”.

With Heath’s sales history and large clientele database along with Maxine’s eye for detail, it allowed them a point of difference in a competitive market place.
